Nothing brings people together like music and going to concerts with friends always makes great memories. There's a special feeling, a vibe to outdoor concerts that make them even more special, especially in the fall. The crisp air, slight tip in temperature and the vast open space heightens the electric pulse of the crowd. Los Angeles is home to many outdoor concert venues and even though the season is coming to a close, you can still catch some pretty great shows.

Situated in the hills in Griffith Park, there may be no better place to hear the soulful and pop tunes from this Seattle band. The Head And The Heart, who came out of obscurity a few years ago to become one of Subpop Records' most loved bands, has played the L.A. scene before, but headlining the Greek is a big deal. The show is in support of their latest album "Signs Of Light" which features tracks like "All We Ever Knew." But, don't be alarmed as you'll get to certainly hear favorites from their debut album like "Lost In My Mind," "Rivers and Roads," and "Down In The Valley."
