Offering up unbeatable weather, the ocean, mountains, beautiful sunsets, and top-of-the-line wines, Los Angeles is like no other when you compare it to other cities around the U.S. and around the world. No matter where you decide to go, the city has a myriad of settings for a romantic evening for a first date or to reignite that flame. From Long Beach to Silverlake, here are date ideas that will surely impress.

Malibu Wines not only delivers on incredible wines, but also on beautiful scenery. Tucked away in the mountains of Malibu, the winery offers an array of events that are perfect for a day date or a start of an evening date. With tastings seven days a week from 11 am-7 pm, they don't ask for an admission fee either, just a minimum of one bottle purchase for each group. In addition to wine tasting, they have live music on weekends from 12-2 pm and 3-5 pm, where you can picnic while relaxing with an amazing bottle of wine.

If wine tasting sound like a good idea, but the trek up to Malibu doesn't, then head over to Silverlake Wines. Offering tastings on Thursdays, Mondays, and Sunday, it's a fun environment to bring a date and to get to know someone. On Mondays, you will find tastings paired with snacks from Heirloom LA bread and farmhouse, along with the Let's Be Frank Hot Dog truck parked out front on Thursdays. Sundays include four courses of food with a wine pairing at 3 pm too. A museum for a date? It might not seem like the most fun spot to go to, but you'd be wrong in your assumption.
