Best Bike Rentals in Orange County

With the beautiful summer weather we are having, why not enjoy exercising while cycling around Orange County? Don't have a bike? No problem! Whether looking to bike on a beach or a trail, we have the best places to rent a bike around Orange County.

Families can get close to nature while bike riding around Irvine Park. There are ducks to feed, roaming wildlife and even wild peacocks. Bring a picnic lunch to the park to enjoy eating at one of the variety of scenic picnic locations. Wheel Fun Rentals has bikes available for all sizes of families with helmets included with the rental price. They open daily at 10am to 4pm on weekdays, and 10am to 5pm on weekends.

Cruising the boardwalk on the Peninsula is a fun way to spend the weekend in Orange County. Ride the Ferris wheel at the fun zone and then grab a slice of pizza at the historic Original Pizza. Newport Cruisers is open to rent bikes from 10am until 6pm. Men's, Women's, and children cruisers are available for $5 per hour or $20 per day. Newport Cruisers also offers the popular tandem cruiser for $12 per hour or $40 per day.

Serving beach goers since 1932, Dwight's Beach Concessions is the most popular place to rent bikes in Huntington Beach. The stand rents boogie boards, wet suits, umbrellas, beach chairs and more! Dwight's offer a variety of snacks including their world famous cheese strips. They have a variety of cruisers for $10 per hour or $30 per day and the popular tandem for $15 per hour or $45 per day.

Rent a bike from Urban Bicycle Outfitters to enjoy riding along the scenic San Clemente beach trail, Dana Point Harbor or Pacific Coast Highway. Urban Bicycle Outfitters is open from 10am to 5pm Thursday through Monday. All bike rentals include helmet, bells, locks and beverage holders. Urban Bicycle Outfitters offers a huge variety of bike rentals with their most popular rental being the Fuji Cape May cruiser for $9 per hour and the Nirve's 3-speed automatic cruiser for $12 per hour. Bicycle safety classes and guided tours are also available.

This park is a great location for riding bikes in Orange County. The park is large and flat with many trails leading toward the ocean. The park is adjacent to the Santa Ana river bed which is a fantastic place to ride bikes. There are bike rentals available at the park located near parking lot number three. Parking to get into the park is $3 on weekdays and $5 on weekends.

The Path Bike Shop is a one stop bike shop when looking to rent the perfect mountain bike. They have various mountain bikes available for both rental and purchase. The Path Bike Shop is open Monday through Friday from 10am to 7pm, and Saturday through Sunday from 11am to 5pm.

Laguna Cyclery has a large selection of bikes for rental. They offer hourly, daily and weekly rentals. Since 1971, Laguna Cyclery has been renting bikes out of a vintage 1940's red barn to visitors and locals. Bikes can be enjoyed riding along Pacific Coast Highway or the various beach trails located in Laguna Beach.
