Family-owned and operated, Five Vines Wine Bar serves a wide variety of wines and craft beers. Though the patio is small, it remains a great spot to sit and enjoy a glass of wine from a menu that includes over 60 options. Or, choose from 6 rotating craft beer options that change weekly in addition to 14 craft beers available all the time. The menu, which contains hummus and other light fare, complements long sessions of wine tasting and beer sampling. With a multi-screen theater across the road, Five Vines also is the perfect place to sit and enjoy a drink before or after a great film.

Located inside the Disneyland Hotel in Anaheim, Trader Sam's proves the Disney magic is available to visitors outside the park as well. Taking advantage of Orange County's abundance of sunshine and cool evening breezes, the large patio here is a great place to enjoy a concoction from the bartenders such as Shipwreck on the Rocks and Krakatoa Punch. Come hungry too as Trader Sam's features delicious eats as well. Asian wings and Portuguese sausage bites are just some of the stand out options, as well as Sam's pu pu platter, which is nice to share outdoors. Children are welcome here before 8pm, but you have to be over 21 to stay after that.

Established in 2012, the Speakeasy in Huntington Beach has positioned itself as one of the best patio bars in Orange County. The bar, which offers a variety of unique cocktails such as their 'Red Curtain' or red sangria, also offers an outstanding craft beer menu and wine menu. For wine, choose between an impressive selection of whites, reds and sparkling, including around 30 options. Hungry? Well, The Speakeasy has you covered. Menu items such as filet mignon skewers, bacon wrapped organic dates and garlic bacon cheddar macaroni and cheese complement the robust wine selection. The bar also serves a variety of ciders and ales, many of which are produced in California. In addition, The Speakeasy offers brunch on the first Sunday of every month, and specials on select draught beers on Tuesday and bottles of wine on Wednesday.

Though this establishment has a great patio, folks in Orange County primarily frequent this Tavern for the delicious food and décor, which reminds patrons of a hunting lodge. Stuffed stags, beavers, and other critters surround the interior as customers enjoy their cocktails and seasonal beers. Calling their menu "elevated pub grub," Wild Goose offers burgers and salads as well as white truffle fries. It's their wide selection of sausages though, that really stands out on the menu. Like a neighborhood bar, the Wild Goose Tavern can attract an overflow crowd at times.

Opened in 1912, the Blue Beet offers everything from live music nightly, fresh seafood, and of course, terrific drinks. Though the rooftop patio bar offers a great ocean view, the booths on the lower level are nice and intimate as well. The Blue Beet also offers a martini menu and a solid food selection featuring steaks, seafood and salads. With a great view, lively music, tasty cocktails, and delectable eats, this historic jazz joint is the perfect place to sit outside during Summer and enjoy the breeze.
