The brainchild of a home brewer and beer enthusiast, Bootleger's Brewery was created by Aaron Barkenhagen. The goal was to supply the local community with unique handcrafted beer in Fullerton. With the motto "Drink Fresh, Drink Local," the production and distribution of the beer is not to be sold far from where it is made. The tasting room is open from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m. during the week, and until midnight on Friday and Saturday.
