Home to thousands of adult hockey players, this hockey league invites players of all ages and ability levels to face off. The hockey league offers three seasons per year, with each season being 16 games, including playoffs. USA Hockey memberships are required to play at any of the Rinks leagues though.

You can choose to play pickup hockey every weekday and practice before your next league game as well. The Rinks in Huntington Beach offers a special instruction for those who want to give the sport a try for the first time. The Anaheim Ducks Adult Learn to Play program is just that and will help teach you the skills you need to know. In addition, each day they offer a different league based on division and skills for all levels. Each weekday, participate in pickup hockey and stick time, which will help you get in a quick game of practice. The rink at the Ice Palace in Aliso Viejo serves south Orange County residents with a variety of great activities on ice. From freestyle skating to broom hockey, and of course competitive hockey, there’s something for everyone. The adult hockey leagues are officiated by two referees and do not allow checking. Leagues here are also offered for all skillsets, from beginners to those who are advanced. A season here consists of 14 games including playoffs. Full equipment is required.
