Mexico City's Condesa neighborhood is a quirky gem of a neighborhood on the western edge of the city. It is a great mix of music, art and cuisine, making it the perfect place to spend an evening out and about. It is one of the most popular places to visit and is well loved for its beauty and fashionable inhabitants. Condesa is a great place to check out art deco architecture, visit galleries, see live music from emerging artists and, of course, eat!

It isn't really a night out in Mexico City without some dancing! American visitors often recommend the Condesa neighborhood's Black Horse as a great place to enjoy a variety of live music. Depending on the night, the bar features jazz groups, rock bands and even funk. This bar is known as an "expat hangout" so it is quite a fun scene, and a great place to meet people in Mexico City if you don't speak any Spanish. Black Horse also serves late-night food after you've worked up another appetite after a bit of dancing!
