Owner Adam Borich of Lucifer’s Pizza works with the philosophy that a pizza crust is a plate and he recreates his favorite dishes on them in a pizza form. The inspiration for the Roast Pumpkin and Prosciutto pizza came from his mother’s Sunday roasts when he was growing up as she would always make roast pumpkin with spinach cooked with garlic and pan fried crispy prosciutto. Since opening 9 years ago, the Roast Pumpkin Pizza with prosciutto, spinach, chopped garlic, hand roasted pumpkin (butternut squash when pumpkin not available) and hand sliced prosciutto, has been the most popular item.
