Located directly adjacent to Elsinore Lake is a real working Dairy Farm. DeJong's has been operating in Wildomar since 1958 and the dairy cows produce over 500 gallons of milk a day. School tours and other tours are available in the spring of the cows and milk production. What is the best part of the tour? When the tour is over you get chocolate milk and cookies! Milk, Chocolate and other dairy products are sold in their store. There are also chickens, pigs, goats and even a peacock and food available to feed them.

Tucked within the heart of the Temecula Wine Country is a one of a kind farm that is dedicated to producing blueberries. Only open from mid-May until their berries-that-are-blue are no longer plenty (usually sometime in late June/early July), this farm is a popular day trip destination. The farm is open 7 days a week from 8am to 7pm and the blueberries are sold for only $5.00 per pint. Most well-known as a working apple orchard, many would be surprised to hear that this colonial themed farm also produces pumpkins, pears, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, peaches, watermelon, cherries and vegetables. All fruits and vegetables are available for the picking at the height of their ripe season. The 55 acre portion of land that is open to the public is dedicated to representing American Colonial past. Tours are available for teachers to introduce their pupils to Revolutionary War Adventures, Civil War, Gold Mining and more.

Located in the city of Ontario is a real working organic, poly-cultural farm that is dedicated to sustainability education and healthy living. Every Saturday, the farm stand is open to purchase of fruits and vegetables. Friendly guided tours of the farm are available Monday through Friday year-round for school aged kids with lots of hands on opportunities and loads of education. Namaste Farms is owned by the Redding family and is dedicated to ethical raising of fiber producing animals. The sheep program focuses on rare breeds such as Wensleydale Longwool's and Gotland's. They also have Pygora goats, colored Angora and white Angora goats. The wool and other fibers this farm produces are out of this world.
