LOS ANGELES (CBSLA) – The Central Library and 37 other branches in the city will be opening Monday for limited in-person services.

Since July, materials have been checked out curbside, but now the library is launching phase-two of its reopening plan, which includes services like quick browsing, computer access, mobile printing order, as well as still having access to the contact-free, library-to-go services.
