Giant Tree Falls Onto Laurel Canyon Boulevard In Hollywood Hills
LOS ANGELES (CBSLA) — A huge tree fell Wednesday and is blocking Laurel Canyon Boulevard in the Hollywood Hills.
Laurel Canyon Boulevard was shut down in both directions after the large tree went down at about 9:30 a.m. near Laurel Glen. No injuries have been reported, according to Los Angeles City Fire officials.
However, power is reported to be out in the area.
DWP crews are en route to the area, and the LAPD is assisting, LAFD officials said.
