Kershaw To Start For LA In Game 1 Of World Series

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA) - Clayton Kershaw will take the mound for the Dodgers in Game 1 of the World Series against the Tampa Bay Rays.

He'll go up against RHP Tyler Glasnow for Tuesday's match-up on what will mark Kershaw's fifth career World Series start.

While he's the only Dodger starter on full rest, Kershaw has been battling back spasms and other health issues.

First pitch is scheduled from Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas, at 5:09 p.m. PT.
