LA Pride To Move Out Of West Hollywood Next Year

WEST HOLLYWOOD (CBSLA) — A 40-year-old West Hollywood tradition is ending.

LA Pride says it is moving the annual festivities out of the city next year.

The organization says reasons include construction at West Hollywood Park, but has not revealed where the parade and festival will take place next summer.

The parade started back in 1970 in L.A. city limits and was supposed to mark its 50th anniversary this year before being canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic.
