LOS ANGELES (CBSLA) — A crash into a hydrant and a bus stop shelter near Cal State Northridge sent up a geyser that made a soggy mess in Northridge.

The crash was reported at the corner of Nordhoff and Zelzah at about 2:30 a.m. Firefighters responding to the scene found a huge geyser, a car on top of a hydrant and major flooding.

Gushing water from the hydrant flooded the area before service was shut off.

No one was hurt in the crash.
