Swath Of Bel Air, Including Getty Center, Hit By Power Outage
LOS ANGELES (CBSLA) — A large swath of Bel Air is waking up without electricity Thursday.
Power went out to about 660 LADWP customers at about 2:50 a.m. Thursday in an area east of the 405 Freeway at Sunset Boulevard to Veteran Avenue and Bellagio Road.
The area west of the freeway, which includes the Getty Museum and nearby hotels, is also dark.
LADWP crews are on the scene and working to restore service by 6:30 a.m.
