Man Arrested For Using Fake Gun In Robbery At In-N-Out Burger

VAN NUYS (CBSLA) — A man was arrested Tuesday for an alleged robbery with a replica handgun at an In-N-Out Burger restaurant in Van Nuys.

The robbery was reported around 10:45 a.m. at the location at Sherman Way and Balboa, according to LAPD Media Relations.

Officers surrounded the restaurant and later arrested the suspect after a search of the immediate area. His name was not immediately released.

There were no reported injuries.
