LOS ANGELES (AP) — Multimillionaire real estate heir Robert Durst was briefly hospitalized, leading to the postponement of a long-running hearing in his murder case.
The Los Angeles Times reports Durst was expected to appear in court Thursday, but a bailiff told his defense team he had been hospitalized overnight. A retired New York police detective had been scheduled to give a third day of testimony in the hearing. It’s now postponed until Nov. 28.
