Six-Car Pileup Snarls Pre-Rush Hour Traffic On 170 Freeway
NORTH HOLLYWOOD (CBSLA.com) — One person was injured in a six-car pileup early Thursday that backed up pre-rush hour traffic for miles on the southbound Hollywood (170) Freeway.
The crash was reported at 5:30 a.m. near Magnolia Avenue, California Highway Patrol Officer Tony Polizzi said.
The gender, age and condition of the injured person was not immediately available.
The crash initially stretched across three lanes. A SigAlert for the lane closures was canceled just after 7 a.m.
