Man Found Shot To Death In Car Parked At Hacienda Heights Shopping Center
HACIENDA HEIGHTS (CBSLA.com) — Detectives with the LA Country Sheriff's Department are investigating the shooting death of a male on Saturday morning in the 15800 block of Gale Avenue in Hacienda Heights.
The shooting occurred just before 8:10 a.m., officials said.
Deputies responded to the rear parking lot of a shopping center after receiving a call of a "person not breathing." When deputies arrived, they found the adult male seated in the driver seat of a car, suffering from a gunshot wound to the upper torso.
The victim, a Latino, was pronounced dead at the scene.
There is no suspect(s) description at this time. The investigation is ongoing.
