Traffic Delays Expected In Rolling Hills Estates

ROLLING HILLS ESTATES (CBSLA.com) — Delays were expected Thursday at a busy intersection in Rolling Hills Estates for traffic signal work.

According to the Sheriff's Lomita Station, a new traffic controller will be installed between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. in the traffic signal at Palos Verdes Drive and Rolling Hills Road.

Officials said the light may not be functioning or may be on flashing red for long period of time as a result of the work.

The utility company will be present for the duration of the work.

Traffic delays are expected during the day, especially in the afternoon.

Authorities have urged motorists to avoid the area if possible.
