Hard Freeze Warning Issued For Antelope Valley
LANCASTER (CBSLA.com) — A hard freeze warning was in effect Friday morning.
According to the National Weather Service, Antelope Valley temperatures dipped into the low 20s.
The hard freeze warning remained in effect until 9 a.m. as temperatures fell below 28 degrees.
Meteorologists urged the public to take measures to save crops and vegetation, and to bring animals indoors in a house or barn.
The NWS also issued a freeze watch, which will be in force from late Friday night through Saturday morning.
