LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — A much-talked statue depicting a naked Donald Trump has sold for $22,000 after hitting the auction block in Los Angeles this weekend.

Celebrity auction house Julien’s Auctions said Sunday that it sold the statue, which appeared on Hollywood Boulevard back in August.

The auction said the statue by anonymous art collective INDECLINE was “one of the most talked about pieces in the auction.”

The amount of the sale, according to Julien’s Auctions, was over the original estimate.

A portion of the proceeds from the sale are expected to go to the National Immigration Forum, a leading immigration advocacy group.
