Police Release Sketch Of Attempted Kidnapper With Tattooed Third Eye

IMPERIAL BEACH (CBSLA.com) — A man with a tattooed third eye is wanted for trying to kidnap an 11-year-old girl in San Diego County's Imperial Beach area.

The girl was riding a scooter just after 5 p.m. Wednesday a pickup truck pulled over and stopped nearby. The truck's passenger jumped out and tried to grab the girl, but she was able to escape to a nearby relative's home.

The girl was not injured.

No information about the driver was available. It's not known where the occupants of the truck fled, and the child was not able to get a license plate number for the truck.

She was able to describe the truck as a newer model, royal blue, lifted Ford F250 pickup truck. She also described the attempted kidnapper as a white man with salt and pepper hair slicked back, a large salt and pepper mustache, about 5-foot-11, 180 pounds, and tattoos that included an eyeball on his forehead and a skull on his neck.
