Amazon To Hire 10,000 Seasonal Workers For Inland Empire Fulfillment Centers

SAN BERNARDINO (CBSLA.com) — Online retail giant Amazon says it will be hiring 10,000 Californians for the holidays.

Amazon plans to hire for more than 120,000 seasonal positions across the nation, but in Southern California, it has fulfillment centers in San Bernardino, Redlands, Moreno Valley and Eastvale that will also need to be beefed up in time for the holiday run-up.

Employees can earn up to $12.75 an hour in a full-time position. Days, nights, weekends and overnight positions are available.

The company says more than 14,000 seasonal employees nationwide stayed on in regular, full-time positions after the holidays and they expect to increase that number this year.
