Brush Fire Burns In Santa Clarita
SANTA CLARITA (CBSLA.com) — Firefighters battled a brush fire Tuesday in Santa Clarita, and it is now out.
There was an initial report that a burning car on the northbound I-5 at Calgrove Boulevard sparked the blaze around 3:30 p.m. But that has not been confirmed by the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
One lane was shut down while crews snuffed out the flames on the ground and from the air.
Three to 4 acres were charred.
No homes were threatened.
