LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing ‘at-risk’ Huntington Beach woman.

Willie Jim Norman, 81, has dementia and was last seen at her home in Huntington Beach on August 9th.

She is an African American female, standing at 5 feet tall and weighing about 145 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.

According to Norman’s family, she has a daily routine where she travels two miles from home to run errands and workout.

Her daughter told Huntington Beach police her mother did not show for her usual Tuesday workout at noon at her 24-hour Fitness Center.

Her daughter also told Huntington Beach police her mother’s dementia and blood pressure medicine which she needs to take daily were left at her home.

On August 14th, Authorities from the Fontana Sheriff’s Station found her abandoned vehicle on an isolated Forest Service Road.

The Search and Rescue team and K9’s are actively searching for Norman at this time.
