Officer-Involved Shooting Reported In Hyde Park

HYDE PARK (CBSLA.com)   —  A suspect was reportedly wounded Friday in an officer-involved shooting in Hyde Park.

Police said the suspect was transported to a nearby hospital. The suspect's condition was unknown.

The shooting occurred on Slauson just west of Crenshaw, authorities said.

The LAPD said at least one person was wounded.

Desmond Shaw, reporting in Sky9, said several suspects were in handcuffs and being detained.
