VAN NUYS (CBSLA.com) — Officials say a telecommunications worker was reportedly killed on the job in Van Nuys.

An adult male telecommunication worker was brought down from a utility pole and in the words of the LA Fire Department “sadly, beyond medical help.”

Later, they seemed to indicate electricity may have played a factor in the worker’s demise.
