Passes For Music Festival Featuring Rolling Stones, Paul McCartney To Go On Sale Monday

INDIO (CBSLA.com) — Passes are expected to go on sale Monday for the Desert Trip, a classic rock festival featuring an all-star lineup.

The three-day music festival at the Empire Polo Club in Indio will include some of the biggest names in Rock 'n' Roll, including the Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan and Paul McCartney.

Other performers include Neil Young, Roger Waters, and The Who. All will be coming together for the once-in-a-lifetime event set for October 7-9.

The festival is put on by Golden Voice, the same company that puts on Coachella and Stagecoach.

Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Monday and start at $199 plus fees for a single-day, general admission pass and go up to $1,599 plus fees for a three-day, standing pit pass.
