The Honest Company Donates $50K To Farm-To-Table Cooking Program For Students

MAR VISTA (CBSLA.com) — A $50,000 check was presented Monday at a Mar Vista school by actress Jessica Alba's The Honest Company.

The check was presented to the Garden School Foundation, which teaches students how to cook farm-to-table meals. The foundation had recently lost its funding.

The big check was shown off at Grandview Elementary School in Mar Vista, but it just one of four Los Angeles Unified School District campuses that use the foundation's program.
