Porn Star Daughter Of Former 'Real Housewife' Accuses Sheriff's Deputy Of Sexual Assault

SANTA ANA (CBSLA.com) —  Alexa Curtin, daughter of former "Real Housewives of Orange County" star Lynne Curtin, is accusing an Orange County sheriff's deputy of sexual assault.

The news media doesn't typically identify alleged victims in sex crimes, but KCAL9's Stacey Butler says Curtin's attorney wanted her name and face out there in hopes that other possible victims come forward.

Alexa, a former porn star (she said she did the movies to pay for breast augmentation surgery) says she was raped by the deputy after he pulled her over for a traffic stop near Dana Point in 2014.

Curtin, now 23, says she was too afraid of retaliation to report the crime at the time. She is now suing the county and the deputy. She says he used his position of authority to take advantage of her.

In a federal civil lawsuit filed Thursday, Curtin says the deputy pulled her over and began asking inappropriate questions. She says he told her stay in her park car until he returned 20 minutes later.

That is when she says he pulled up in his own car, wearing plain clothes and began to make comments about her underwear, touched her crotch and said he wanted to have sex.

In the lawsuit, she says the deputy then entered the car and raped her. He also allegedly demanded her cellphone number so he could meet her again.

Her attorney said, "plaintiff was violated, traumatized ...  and fear(s) for her own safety."

A sheriff's spokesperson says the department just learned of the lawsuit Thursday and it is taking the allegations seriously. They also said they planned on interviewing Curtin.

Butler said she found Curtin has a criminal history in Orange County.

A sheriff's spokesperson said there is no record of a deputy with the name filed in the lawsuit who worked for the department.

Curtin's lawyer said he likely got the name wrong and plans to amend the suit.
