Surfer Finds Body In Waters Off Venice Beach; Homicide Investigation Underway
VENICE BEACH (CBSLA.com) — A surfer Tuesday found a decomposing body in the waters off Venice Beach, authorities said.
The body, which appeared to be that of a man in his 20's, was recovered by lifeguards and taken to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department station in Marina Del Rey.
A homicide investigation was underway.
No other information was immediately available.
