Deputies Discover Human Remains Near Temecula

TEMECULA (CBSLA.com) — Human remains have been found in the unincorporated Sage area, detectives said Friday.

According to the Riverside County Sheriff's Department, deputies located the remains in the area of Voyager and Intrepid roads around 12:50 p.m. on Tuesday.

Authorities explained the remains appear to be in an advanced stage of decomposition.

Detectives said the man is believed to have been between the ages of 40 and 70. He stood 6-feet-tall and had gray hair.
