'South Park' Predicted This Would Happen: 'How To Move To Canada' Tops Google Search

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) - After a dominant performance by GOP candidate Donald Trump on Super Tuesday, more people on Google are searching for "how to move to Canada" than any other topic.

According to Google data editor Simon Rogers, the searches jumped more than 350 percent Tuesday night.  That number soared as high as 1,150 percent before settling around the 500 percent mark by the end of the day.

Even with dominating turnouts by both Trump and Hilary Clinton supporters, pundits say it's still unclear whether this search was triggered by the presumed Republican and Democratic nominees each winning seven states.

What we do know is that the popular animated TV series "South Park" might have predicted this happening as early as their last season.

An episode titled "The Great Wall Of Canada" showed Americans trying to get over to Canada in order to deal with the immigration issue, only to be denied entrance into the country due to "The Wall".

In the episode, Canadians were fleeing to the States due to their new Prime Minister, who resembled Trump.

Could it be that "South Park" in some way might have predicted the future if Trump was elected President?
