Adele Fans In LA Won't Have To Wait Until August To Say 'Hello' To Mega-Star

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Adele fans won't need to wait until August to see her in concert.

The mega-star announced Wednesday that she'll be performing at a pre-Grammy concert scheduled to be held Friday at The Wiltern.

But only those who are members of Adele's fan club were able to score tickets.

"It would be such a cathartic experience to be with so many people experiencing that at the same time," said one Adele fan. "Oh, my gosh, it would be amazing."

"It shows that she's a true artist," said Aubrey Lawrence, who is happy she's playing at a smaller venue. "Some of the greatest artists that I knew like Jackie Wilson ... He was one of the greatest I saw on stage."

The Wiltern can accommodate about 2,300 people.
