LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — The Los Angeles Lakers announced on Sunday that Marge Hearn, the widow of legendary Lakers broadcaster Chick Hearn, has passed away at the age of 98.

“She was the truly the first lady of the Lakers,” owner Jeanie Buss said.

Chick Hearn passed away at the age of 85 in 2002.
