Public's Help Sought To Locate Missing 68-Year-Old Woman In Ventura County

SANTA ROSA VALLEY (CBSLA.com) — Police sought the public's help Friday to locate a 68-year-old woman who has been reported missing in Ventura County.

According to the Moorpark Police Department, Donna Perry was last seen by family members around 9 a.m. on Tuesday when she left her home located in Santa Rosa Valley to go to doctor appointments in Thousand Oaks.

Officers said Perry did not make it to her appointments and she was not prepared to be gone for an extended period of time.

Authorities located her vehicle near Gridley Trail in the Ojai area on Thursday.

Detectives described Perry as a Caucasian woman who has gray hair and green eyes. She stands 5-foot-6 tall, weighs 130 pounds and wears prescription eye glasses.

It remains unclear what she was wearing at the time of her disappearance.
