FX Producer Located In Mexico, 'No Longer Considered' Missing
LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — A missing Hollywood visual effects producer who vanished nearly two weeks ago has been located in Mexico, police said Friday.
Eric Anthony Kohler, 27, was reported missing Nov. 30 after he was last seen in the 1700 block of El Segundo Boulevard in Gardena, according to LAPD Media Relations.
A statement released by police said Kohler has been located in La Paz, Mexico, and is "no longer considered a missing person."
"Detectives from the Missing Persons Unit reviewed information provided to them and have determined that Mr. Eric Kohler is currently in the city of La Paz, Mexico, and is no longer considered a missing person," the Los Angeles
Police Department said in a statement.
Kohler reportedly produced visual effects for blockbuster movies including "The Avengers," "San Andreas," and "X-Men."
