AZUSA (CBSLA.com) — Azusa Police are hoping the public can help them locate a missing 15-year-old girl.

Police said Medina is considered to be a critical missing juvenile due to the fact that she is dependent on medication.READ MORE: Man Accused Of Impregnating 15-Year-Old Girl
She is described as Latina, 5 feet two inches tall and weighs about 134 lbs. She currently has long black hair. She has been known to change to blonde. It is not known what style or color of clothing she is wearing.
Her family says that Medina is known to frequent Azusa, Reseda, Woodland Hills, Santa Clarita, and Canyon Country.
