Snoop Dogg Teams Up With Inglewood To Provide Needy Families With Thanksgiving Turkeys

INGLEWOOD (CBSLA.com) — For the second consecutive year, Snoop Dogg is teaming up with Inglewood to present needy families with Thanksgiving turkeys and holiday fixings.

Snoop Dogg will be teaming up with Inglewood Mayor James T. Butts on from 9 a.m. to noon Nov. 19 at the Forum.

Families must be pre-registered and on the list in order to receive a turkey, prior to arriving to the Forum.

For those Inglewood families who would like to receive a turkey, please call 310-412-5300 and ask for Melanie Dickens or for the giveaway sign-up.

Hundreds of families turned out for the 2014 turkey giveaway, with hundreds more expected at this year's event.

Numerous Inglewood City Council members will also be in attendance.

The Forum is at 3900 W. Manchester Blvd. in Inglewood.
