Freeze Warning Again In Antelope Valley

LOS ANGELES (AP) — A cold air mass over California has again brought a freeze warning to the high desert Antelope Valley north of Los Angeles and some frost advisories elsewhere in the state.

The National Weather Service says several hours of temperatures between 27 and 32 degrees are possible early Friday morning.

Frost advisories are posted to the east for the Apple and Lucerne valleys, to the west in the interior valleys of San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties. The interior of Mendocino County is also under a frost advisory.

Northern California will see more rain starting over the weekend, while Southern California is expected to have offshore winds with gust between 35 mph and 50 mph possible in the mountains and valleys of Los Angeles and Ventura counties.
