Authorities say a 25-year-old woman was standing beside her car, which was parked outside a Denny’s restaurant in Valencia, at about 4 a.m. on Oct. 25 when the suspect approached her and suddenly forced her into her car. Sheriff’s officials say Rosas viciously attacked the woman, who was able to stop the attack when she hit the horn on her car.

The suspect fled on foot.
