Miller: 5 Incredible Things You Might Have Missed In Sports This Week
By: Gina Miller
LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — CBS2/KCAL9 Sports Anchor Gina Miller brings you five awesome moments in sports that you may have missed this week.
5.) Bartolo Colon Bites the Dust
Mets pitcher Bartolo Colon proved he is human when he bit it heading into the clubhouse following Sunday's game 2 win.
4.) Congressman Settles A Bet…Proves Politicians Do Have A Sense Of Humor
U.S. Rep Adam Schiff had to pay up after the Mets beat the Dodgers in the NLDS. Representative Schiff had a wager with Representative Steve Israel from New York.
The payoff? He had to sing 'Meet the Mets' on the House floor.
Something tells me he'd rather be filibustering….
3.) Is Josh Rosen The New Johnny Football?
UCLA quarterback Josh Rosen is certainly exhibiting some Manziel-at-Texas-A&M-type behavior. The freshman hopped into a hot tub with a University of Arizona student who held up a sign at the UCLA-Arizona game that had her phone number on it!
Rosen enjoyed a dip in the inflatable hot tub with the student who goes by the name "TotallyChristine" on Instagram.
Something tells me Johnny Football would be proud
2.) Cam's Cause
The NFL Has reached an agreement with Steelers defensive end Cam Hayward surrounding the eye black he wore in honor of his late father, former NFL fullback Craig "Ironhead" Hayward, who died of cancer in 2006.
The league originally fined Hayward $5787 for violating the NFL's uniform policy the first time he wore the eye black, which read "Iron" and "Head". He wore the eye black Sunday against the Cardinals which would have incurred a second fine.
Hayward has come to an agreement with the league which resulted in a reduced fine. He will also honor his father off the field through the sale "Iron Head" eye blacks on EyeBlack.com which will donate 50% of all sales to various charitable causes.

We have to close on the beauty that is…Bartolo Colon. I'm obsessed with the 42-year ageless wonder and all of his glory.
