Pasadena Residents To Weigh In On Use Of Body Cameras For Police Officers

PASADENA (CBSLA.com) — Residents living in Pasadena will weigh in Monday on the use of body cameras for police officers.

According to the Pasadena Police Department, today's meeting will focus on how and when the cameras should be used, public access to recorded videos and privacy issues.

The department plans to start using the cameras for officers and civilians assigned to patrol and jail operations in 2016.

The meeting will take place at 3:30 p.m. at Pasadena City Hall.
