A video going viral on Facebook is nothing short of creepy.
Ashy Murphy, in Cork, Ireland says she captured footage of a poltergeist that apparently enjoys trashing her kitchen.
It's a relatively quiet scene as the kitchen lamp sways overhead and a red bucket is thrust across the floor.
