Police Investigate Death Of High School Student In Tarzana

TARZANA (CBSLA.com) — A female high school student died on Tuesday after possibly being struck by a vehicle in Tarzana.

Just after 9 p.m. on Monday, a friend located the victim bleeding on the ground located in the 3500 block of Reseda Boulevard.

She was driven to a hospital where she later died. The victim's identity is being withheld pending family notification.

At this time, it remains unclear how the girl was struck or who hit her.

The investigation is ongoing.
