A male passenger exited the vehicle, walked to the porch of the home and stole a package. He then entered the vehicle and fled from the scene in an unknown direction.

Detectives described the passenger as a Caucasian man who is between the ages of 25 to 30-years-old and has numerous black and gray tattoos on each arm. He was last seen wearing a black baseball cap with "LA" on the front, a black T-shirt with a white design of a tattoo machine and a skull, black pants and shoes.

A preliminary investigation revealed multiple suspects have followed all major delivery service vehicles to residences and waited for the driver to leave a package.

The suspects then proceed to walk or drive up to the home and take the packages.

The investigation is ongoing.
