EL MONTE (CBSLA.com) — City officials Monday announced the grand opening of the first secure bicycle parking facility in El Monte.
L.A. County Supervisor Mark Ridley-Thomas joined officials from L.A. According to city officials, the addition of hubs are a key strategy to make it easier for bicyclists to access the Metro system.
