2 Dead In Temple City Antique-Car Crash

TEMPLE CITY (CBSLA.com) — Two people were killed Monday night when a 1931 Ford crashed into a tree in Temple City and burst into flames.

The accident occurred shortly before 7 p.m. near the intersection of Temple City Boulevard and Broadway Boulevard, the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department said.

Police and fire crews were investigating the scene Monday night. The identities of the two victims have not been released.

Authorities said Temple City Boulevard would be closed for several hours between Live Oak Avenue and Olive Street.
