Llano Man, 59, Discovered Unresponsive In Home Following Apparently Burglary 11 Days Ago Dies

LLANO (CBSLA.com)  —  Homicide detectives are looking for a suspect in the murder of a Llano man who was found unresponsive in his home on August 18 after an apparent burglary.

Glen Lee Brittner died Friday around 11:12 a.m., authorities said.

He was found unresponsive inside his home around 11:30 a.m. 11 days ago.

The victim's residence -- located in the 26200 block of East Avenue W-8 -- was broken into and ransacked, detectives said.

Llano is an unincorporated city in LA County on the San Bernardino County line.

Brittner suffered head trauma. He was found unresponsive by a co-worker, who notified the Sheriff's Department.

The victim was airlifted to a local hospital by Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department Air Rescue 5. Brittner never regained consciousness.

There is no suspect information at this time.
